Mmy taxes got rejected due to my ID information where can I edit it at on my taxes?? Im tried a million times but I dont see where I can fix it at. Also how do I speak to a live person.

My NYS Drivers license is not being accepted. There is no first 3 characters of the document number to add, I have input the whole document number already. What do I do?
