Does TurboTax offer any support other than community?

Does TurboTax offer any support other than community? I am having an issue with how TT does circular calculation with determining self-employment deductions when you have PTC reported on the 1095-A.

Others seem to have similar issue. Is there a way to see if this is a bug. In the past I had issue and after talking to live support I found that it was a known bug that they were working on.

I tried that and the result was a computer searching the community responses. Not very useful. I tried saying customer representive but it couldn't recognize that response,

tried that number and asked for a customer rep. I was then asked for a phone 3. Said I didnt have one. Then asked what version I had (online or desktop). I said desktop and the respose was it could not recoginise the response. FUSTRATING!
