Does turbo tax full service complete my state return for me?

If I pay for turbo tax full service and pay for state additional, will they complete and file my state return for me? Or do they only complete my federal return and make me do state myself. I am only having trouble completing my state return and am willing to pay full service just to have both federal and state done correctly.
