Does anyone know where to find a federal information worksheet? When I try to e-file my state taxes it giving me errors and telling me I need to fill one of these out.

Were you able to figure our a solution to the problem? All my info is correct and I am still unable to file DC taxes. It keeps giving me the same error message. I have tried various suggestions offer on this board. Need help!!

looks like this worked for me. you have to delete the populated information from both the top text box AND the text box within the virtual form. if you remove from both places, it seems to fix the issue.

Oh my god you fixed it, you're incredible.

I'd tried deleting it while in the "File" tab review, and it just yelled at me bc it was blank. Deleting it while in the "Review" tab worked immediately, thank you so so much. I've been fighting with this and on hold with support for three days

(AZ state) I had luck clearing those fields in the section it was asking for the Name SSN Address etc.  Then rerun the process and it will pull from the federal sheet vs thinking it was entered in the state.  Definitely a bug, but this got me past it and let me e-file.

I had the same issue and it was the auto fill that caused it. I went back to the info section. Removed the info and hand typed it in. Then the filling with through like milk through lactose intolerance person.
