Does anyone know how or who to contact for missing $500 dependent stimulus. Application keeps coming back with error PINTypeCD

My daughter is on disability and does not file.
does this mean that she will need to file in 2020 to get the $500 dependent amount?

a dependent does not get a payment.  It's the taxpayers that properly claim the dependent which is usually the parents or parent.  however, if the dependent is over 17 on 12/31/2020 they don't qualify.

$500 is a payment you get for having one (or more) eligible dependent(s).

If your payment is missing you can reapply on your 2020 tax return.
