I have a nanny who I pay through payroll service. The payroll company collects all the Federal taxes and pays them on my behalf as estimated tax payments. I'm confident I properly filled out the estimated tax payments and Nanny wages in the Nanny and Household Employee Tax section under Other Tax Situations.
My question is, do I need to submit the Schedule H separately? Or does TurboTax handle everything there?

No. Schedule H is for household employees and for employers who still need to pay payroll taxes. You have already taken care of that.
