Do I need to really enter a state for schedule A line 1 b(1) if I am an expatriate tax payer who has never lived in the US for any part of 2021?

Turbotax insists that I review this information and I just want to bypass it, since I did not reside in the US for any part of 2021

There is not a Line 1 (b)1 on Schedule A for itemized deductions. 

There is a Line 5a for state and local income taxes paid, but that would not apply if you did not have any state taxes withheld from your taxable income.
