I received a 1095-C from my employer. I do not see a place to enter that in Turbotax. However, Turbo tax requires me to enter 1095-A which I do not have. Why do I need to enter 1095-A when I do not have that form?

You do not have to enter a 1095-C in TurboTax. You will answer the question in the Health Insurance section that you had health insurance all year and keep a copy of the 1095-C with your tax records. The insurance company will provide the IRS with the needed information.
To add to my above post, if you did not receive a 1095-A form then you would not enter information for a 1095-C form. You can delete the 1095-A form.
