Desktop 2024 Returns - Not Transmitting

I use the 2024 Desktop Deluxe edition of TurboTax. I cannot transmit my 2024 Federal return or my 2024 Arkansas return. This issue has been going on since yesterday, 4/14/25. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone found a solution?

What is happening? What error message are you getting?
