If my dependent daughter (High School Senior) made $4000 does I need to include her income on my tax return; or does she need to file her own return or not need to file a return at all?. My wife and I file as Married Filing Jointly.

You would not report your daughter's income on your tax return.
If she only made $4,000, she is below the threshold for meeting the filing requirements. She can still file a return if she had taxes withheld and wants to have those amounts refunded to her. Make sure she marks that she can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's return.
Gross income amount for dependents
You don't include their income on your return. It would only go on their return if they are required to file one. To file a separate return for your dependent you need to set up a new account. Online is only good for one return per account. You can use the same email address for 5 accounts. They can probably use the Free Edition. How to start a new online return

Be sure on their return they check the box that says they can be claimed on someone else’s return. If their only income is W2 and under 12,200 they do not have to file a return except to get back any withholding taken out.
