The IRS started processing electronically filed income tax returns on a first in, first out basis February 11, 2021.  If the income tax return didn't have any error's, refunds are processed within 21 business days after IRS acceptance of the return.  The refunds will be delayed for taxpayers claiminig earned income tax credit (EITC).

You can check the IRS website under Refunds tab to check the status of your return.  You needed primary SSN, filing status, and the gross amount of the refund.

This is the exact same for me. I have received my state (MS) and irs2go says I have a deposit date of 3/3. Federal was accepted on 2/11.

The IRS anticipates most taxpayers will receive their refund within 21 days of when they file electronically, with direct deposit, if there are no issues with their return. Majority of tax returns began processing on February 12, 2021.

The IRS anticipates a first week of March refund for many Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) taxpayers if they file electronically with direct deposit and there are no issues with their tax returns.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status as it moves through the process here.

See the video in this link for a really good explanation of the process:
