Data Source not shown: How can I correct an entry without overriding?

There is an error on one of my forms.  It does not show the data source.  I can only corrected by overriding, which then prevents me from doing electronic filing.  This is form 3800, Page 3.  How can I make the correction?

I have forgotten the override method for an entry.  Can someone help me?
