D/L Issue Date (Turbo Tax glitch)

I have entered the EXP date of my Drivers Licence and the ISS date, however it keeps coming back saying "It appears the dates are reversed" and will not allow me to proceed any further.

In my case the EXP date is 11/09/2020 and the ISS date is 11/26/2019 which is in fact correct, but obviously ISS is before EXP.

What do I do now?

I am on the state licensew section and I can not proceed it asking me for a ISS identification I do not Know what this is I gave my self and my wife a valid Fla License Number

ISS is the Issue Date of your Driver's License.
