I filed jointly this will be $500. I also cant find a way to post in "community" or find your "pencil icon"

TurboTax will not be updating the state software for the refund from the state of Georgia based on HB 1302.

I am currently overseas, and I see no way online of recovering the money Intuit stole from me by adding a product I didn't order, don't want, and don't need to me credit card without my permission.

What's wrong with giving me an email address, so that I can actually communicate directly with the people who have stolen money from me?
Who knows, maybe I can convince them to give it back?
The other links have already proven useless to me.
Same thing happened to me with a different product: TurboTax/Intuit charged me for a product I don't want or need without my knowledge or permission.
And now it's impossible to do anything about it because their Contact Us system is deliberately confusing and sends you in pointless circles.
I wonder if there's some kind of class action suit against Intuit for this kind of chronic dishonest practice.
I would strongly suggest other Intuit victims check their bank statements for unwanted Intuit charges.
Email is not a way to communicate with TurboTax. You were provided with the ways to contact TT. No one in the user forum can help to resolve a billing issue. We do not work for TurboTax. We are other users.
Nothing is charged without your express consent ... in the FILE tab step 1 your fees are clearly listed and you have to choice on how to pay them. If you did not like what you saw then you should not have continued forward and paid the fees either with your return or a CC/debit card. Once paid the online fees are non refundable so contacting TT support will get you no satisfaction.
If you choose to pay with your federal refund then that fee was also posted and the circumstances of what would happen were in the 2 consent forms you agreed to and are listed in the PDF of the return if you saved one with all the worksheets. If you did not already do so you can now ...
If you have filed your federal tax return and it has been accepted by the IRS -
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
I have tried multiple times to "contact us" and just get a phone number which does not connect to a live person. I bought Turbo tax thinking I had support. That apparently is not true. Very frustrating as now I have a tax notice and have no idea how to deal with it and the IRS does not answer the phone.

@Grandmadude No one can call you from the user forum.....and do not try to post your phone number here on a public web site or you might start hearing from scammers and identity thieves. The filter removed your phone number for your protection.
Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

Just clear it---and do not start over if you want to go elsewhere to prepare your return.
I recently purchased Intuit Turbotax Deluxe and when attempting to install it on my laptop, I find that it is not compatible for use on my Acer Chromebook 315, now what do I do?
