I attempted to apply a coupon code that I received from an Intuit Employee while checking out yesterday. It said that it successfully applied, but then now that I look, I was charged the full amount for the TurboTax product.
How can I have it applied retroactively now that I've already filed?

Attempting to contact via the mobile app allowed me to connect with an agent!
Note for anyone else trying to connect with an agent, I was unable to connect with one when going through the online site after receiving a support ID via the chat assistant. Your best bet will likely be going through the TT app!
