Unfortunately,
you cannot merge the two accounts. The best advice I can give is to please
remember which User ID is connected to your previous year's returns (this way
all your information won't be lost).

Hi
I requested to change the phone number using the link, but when I try to recover the account with the user ID used last year still ask me to send the Code to the old phone number.
Select Try something else on the Account Recovery page.
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I did the process and received the confirmation, but if I use the email (which is the same email for the ID used last year) as the User ID I can login but I can't see last year form. When I use jfonseca24 as the ID the system ask me to change the password by sending a code to the old phone number (which I don't have access anymore) instead the new number.
In other words, is like the system see the User ID and the email as 2 separate accounts even though that support says that the information is correct in relation of the 2 accounts. I just need to access my last year return once, afterwards, I can continue using my email as User ID for this year and the next ones.
Also, if I login with the email as the User ID and try to change the User ID to the one used last year, I get a massage that the ID is already in use.
This happens after the merge of Mint and Turbo Tax.
