I deleted and reentered the forms, but that didn't change the rejection.

The link wasn't applicable to my issue.

Called support and found a work around to the Turbo Tax check.

We had to modify the official form to get past the check.

I'd suggest moving all checks to the Review step, rather than waiting for the transmit step..
