Check The Entry: Date Acquired Must be entered

I have imported my 1099-B form from M1Finance (Apex Clearing Corporation). However, before e-filing it is asking me to check the entry. More specifically it says "Form 1099-B Worksheet: Date Acquired must be entered for TELADOC Health INC C 0.2407".

I do enter the date but the form refreshes. Super Annoying.

When I go and check the form itself and it has the date and everything. I deleted and imported the form again but the same problem.

Can someone guide me, please? Can I hand type the form?

Check The Entry: Date Acquired Must be entered

Would it be okay with IRS if I fill out the form and upload the 1099-B to go with it?

I am having the same issue. It would be helpful if this issue is resolved.

My issue is not resolved yet. I will try tomorrow again. If you find any solution, please post here. I would appreciate it.

I will try manually filling the forms and uploading the 1099-B forms with those.

I have posted a similar question as yours and in that comment section, one guy has said that he talked with turbo officials and said they would resolve by Feb 24, until then you just have to try. Hopefully, we will be able to file the tax soon.
