On schwab it says they are available in PDF, XML, and CSV
When will this be fixed or is there another way to import the data

I’m facing the same issue. The only thing we can do is wait till Feb 28, that is the deadline Schwab will make tax software friendly version available.
TT cannot work with PDF, XML, etc
I am having the same issue with TT / Schwab. I can SEE the pdf on Schwab but when I try to download the data I get on an endless merry go round of validation routines. Very frustrating. I will wait one more day, then enter the data manually if necessary. Ridiculous to have to wait this long.
Called Schwab. Received text at lunch that the 1099 Composite was available. Went home and started TT and no file was available to import
Rep said "Oh I think I know what the issue is. You are one of the old TdAmeritrade people who imported a file with the transaction information." Yes I said, and Schwab will provide the same unless you think your customers are going to enter perhaps 100s of transactions. He stated that only the PDF, etc was going to be provided. I told him that he was incorrect and to check with someone else. He came back and apologized, yes a file would be provided. Then he tried to make it a TurboTax problem.
Then I asked how did he know the file existed? I can't see it, he can't see it. I told him to call the "other" support people and verify they can see my import file.
He called back and said there was a problem between Schwab and TT and that the file would be available Feb 28th. I suggested that they post a message on our account dashboard in BIG RED LETTERS to alert
people and avoid a lot of confusion. GL.
I agree Charles Schwab needs to report they don't have the data available for TurboTax and put it in Red Letters on their TAX FORM webpage. This way they we aren't wasting time.

Schwab notified me today that import files were ready but it did not work. Got an error message.
I just spoke to Schwab. This is a known technical issue on their end. They told me to wait until 2/28/2025. This is very annoying because they sent erroneous emails stating that TurboTax 1099 downloads would be available 2/14/2025. The gentleman I spoke to was super knowledgeable and seemed to know that many, many people had this issue due to the miscommunication from Schwab.
BOTTOM LINE: unless it has somehow worked for you, wait until 2/28/2025 or later and that's fresh from Schwab.
As of this morning, 2/27/25, the import of 1099 data from Schwab is working correctly. The TT application on my desktop performed a brief software update ... after that the import went smoothly.
Schwab Download into Turbo Tax (TT) still a mess on the 27th. We have 4 Schwab accounts (Trusts) and it won't accurately download them. If you ask for all accounts it does one completely and parts of the others, but not all the data. If you do one at a time the second or third one erases the inputs for the other accounts that are already in TT. Other users are correct in saying that Schwab needs to post that they can't do a download into TT. But when will they be able to do it?

For me when trying to import Schawb, Turbotax terminates and on restart i get the message:
Turbotax encountered a problem and was shut down.
I am using edge and intuit is allowed to import from Schwab.
Mine consistently said the download would be available 2/28, so I waited until evening and it seemed to work. I'll proofread, of course.
I repeatedly went through the requested motions to import a Charles Schwab 1099, it opened a new browser, logged me into intuit, then a window to log into Charles Schwab, then I checked some boxes @ Charles Schwab and a pop-up tells me "we have your tax info" and says to go back to TurboTax. But when I do there's nothing there. Tried three times, cursed TurboTax (yet again) and had to give up. My other brokers 1099 info slid in seamlessly.
It is 3/1/2025 and I'm having issues with the Schwab import to Turbo Tax. It says it is downloading but the 1099-B is requiring me to enter manually - frustrating. Gets stuck in some loop of downloading and verifying and then forced to manually enter a summary or one by one, which is rediculous
Having same issue on 3/7/2025 ..
Goes through login on CS popup, select account, and then goes back to TT with this message:
We couldn't connect to Charles Schwab & Co., Inc..
Try connecting again in a few hours. (105)
