charge for federal went from $89 to $169

For the last number of years, I have been charged $89 for premium when filing my federal returns.  This year I am being charged $169 for premium "live".  I did not request this nor need this.  My returns have not changed at all in the last 4 years as far as forms needed. When I click on "downgrade," it only gives me the option between premium live and basic.

If you did not use Live remove it from your return and you will not be charged for it.  Once Live is used, you cannot take it off the return.
