Cannot import Merrill Lynch data

Getting Error when importing from Merrill Lynch. 

• Can log into website with same credentials.  
• Have called 1-800-Merrill as Turbo tax pop up window Suggested and Merrill tried a number of things but still having issue Merrill suggests contact Turbo Tax.

I had the same problem. 

Someone told me to change my password and then after that was done the import worked. I'm not sure why it worked though but it worked.

Did you try changing your Merrill password?
