Cannot file due to endless loop

I am ready to file with my desktop version but I keep getting looped back to "We Need to Make One More Check". Everything is correct. Our corrected 1099-R has a Box 1 amount of "0". Turbo Tax says that's not possible. It's corrected from our bank.

Cannot file due to endless loop

Sorry that should say 1099-R

Cannot file due to endless loop

If there was no distribution from the account why are you receiving a Form 1099-R?

Cannot file due to endless loop

I received one with money in Box 1 and then received a corrected one that said 0.

@shime If you did not receive a distribution or you did not roll over the retirement account to another retirement account, delete the Form 1099-R.

We did not receive a distribution. We did roll it over into a Roth IRA. I followed the instructions here https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/retirement-benefits/enter-backdoor-roth-... to enter that information however the "Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion" screen never appeared.

You should be reporting the rollover amount in box 1 of the Form 1099-R.  In box 7 of the 1099-R there should be a code of G for rollover.

After completing entry of the 1099-R there are a series of screens asking various questions.  One of the screens will ask Did you move the money to a Roth IRA?
