I get an error flag when checking PA state return, it is the "when will you pay taxes" date, I mistakenly put a 2019 date in. I believe it is part of the underpayment penalty section. But it does not allow me to change the date and there is no entry box above the form shown as I've seen on other error resolution screens. I've tried navigating back through the walk me through it screens and fixing the date but it doesn't hold.

If you have already tried going through the underpayment penalty section, I would try going through the File section in TurboTax before deleting the Pennsylvania form.
While working in TurboTax, choose File in the left-hand menu. Then go through the three parts to the File section paying particular attention to the second section. There should be a page that asks you when you are going to pay your Pennsylvania taxes.
If this does not work for you, you can delete Form REV-1630, Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals. You will have to go through the underpayment section again in TurboTax.
To Delete Form REV-1630 for TurboTax Online:
Thank you for this answer. The way I got it to work was going to the Tools Menu, selecting My Tax Data, and scrolling down to the erroneous date. Then I selected Jump To Form, and it took me to an editable screen. I corrected the date, and it held and an error check found no problems.
I had the same problem as myester. The Pennsylvania Tax Worksheet had an uncorrectable error because I accidentally put in 2019 instead of 2020 as my intended date to pay taxes. I tried myester's solution and that did not work for me. I instead deleted the form Rev-1630 that had the original error as well as the Tax Worksheet form. However, now my PA state form does not reflect any state tax withholding or estimated taxes. I checked my W2 entries and all federal forms are accurate. I've tried navigating back through the Easy Step interview process. No luck. Suggestions?
Update: I delete my entire PA return and started over. The state withholding and estimated taxes transferred correctly and I got to the end and ran the error review and the same erroneous date was present again, reflected in the Tax Payments Worksheet that is uneditable. I definitely did not enter this erroneous date in the state form so it is pulling over from the federal return. I just can't remember where in the federal return...
On the federal interview under the "Other Tax Situations" tab, find the "Underpayment Penalties" interview and you will get to the question asking when you will pay the amount due.
Thanks. I ended up resolving this issue by going to the offending form where the erroneous 2019 date was and on the menu at the top clicked on Edit, then Override. Using that function I was able to edit the date field and successfully file.
