I'm an international student and nonresident for tax purposes. I mistakenly filed my 2024 return as a resident using TurboTax. I’ve since amended it through Sprintax. I’m seeking help with a billing issue for order #T- PII removed. Is it possible to recover the amount I paid, or is there a billing resolution for this case?
