Can't Print State Return or Save it as a pdf

I have the TurboTax CD.  I can preview both my Federal and State (NJ) returns, but I cannot save the state return as a pdf or print it.  I click on "Save a pdf" in "Print/Save for your records" and in the Form Selection section I get "Your New Jersey return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet." Clicking the "notify me" link just pops up an error.  Even when I select File then Print, I can do the Federal but not the State.  I click Preview and both returns are there!  I click View and then Form, and everything is there!  But when I click on Print at the bottom, I can print any form under the NJ Return EXCEPT for the NJ-1040!  (I can't even do a screen print.)   I filed both electronically through TurboTax (maybe this was the mistake?) but when I go to Intuit the message says that I have not filed by taxes through TurboTax!!  Trying to work through the 800 number is pointless.  If I can't print the State return, is there any way I can "force" TurboTax to at least save the return in the pdf file?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It may take longer for one form or another to show up in TurboTax for multiple reasons. Our goal is to provide you with the most accurate information possible. As part of this process, we communicate often with the taxing agencies.

For up-to-date status, refer your customer to the federal and state forms-availability articles.

    AliciaP1,

Thank you for your response, but that is not what I'm trying to do.  I can view the State Return in TurboTax and filed it electronically through TurboTax.  However, TurboTax will NOT allow me to save it as a pdf or even print it!  If I can see the completed form in TurboTax, it absolutely does not make any sense to me why I can't print it!  How could TurboTax be able to file it electronically but not let me print what was filed?  That can't be some sort of "safety feature".  There is a bug in the program that won't let me print the forms.  I'll be happy to spend the time with someone from the Fix Team to get this resolved so I can at least print out the forms.  Thank you.

I am having the same problem with a state form (Louisiana).  I cannot save as a PDF or print on paper.  The federal version saves as PDF and prints fine. I cannot print the "active form" from the Forms page either. Saying that the form is not formatted correctly is an issue with TurboTax's software. Fix this bug, TT.  I see the Apple report.  Formatting = TT's software.

Are you using the desktop or online version @stevenxcile ?

I hav the same problem with the intuit site.  it says I have not filed my returns through TT.  however, I was able to do screenshots of the state returns using screenshot--grab would probably work too.  of course you have to do several shots for many of the forms.  it is amazing that TT has not fixed this issue that obviously affects many users.
