Anyone else getting this pop-up box and error when trying to connect to an online bank to import 1099-INT/DIV info? This wasn't the case in previous years and I'm not sure which password is being requested. Certainly not the online back account...

I'm not sure why you would be receiving that message when trying to import your 1099 into TurboTax.
I do know that the keychain password is password protection for TurboTax CD/Download files and is normally set by the user. I believe this is what the message is referring to.
Do you remember setting up a password for your TurboTax CD/Download?

Hi, I'm having the same problem where I can't enter data in any field. Were you able to figure it out? Was able to enter the activation code and even start the return. Finished the business section but once I got to the personal section none of the fields allow me to enter any data. I'm stuck! please share your solution if you found one. Thanks
We need additional details to be able to assist you further. When you state you aren't able to enter data, does it mean your screen is stuck or do you have missing entry fields?
With my W2 I needed to scan and import since some of the data didn't transfer over correctly for the 12/13 boxes and the program would not let me enter it.
In other parts I had to use the same method as entering the product key, holding down on the field until the teardrop and hitting the tab button until the field turned red then copying and pasting from notepad.

I have the same problem as many others, that I can't enter my license code. However, although I can sometimes produce the blue teardrop, I still cannot enter my license code. I have tried to cut and paste it, but that likewise doesn't work. The box will simply not accept any input under any circumstances. Any ideas?

I'm running Windows 11 on a laptop also, and it finally accepted keyboard input for the license key after following your advice. The app launched successfully. I have stopped there.
I have lost all confidence in this product. I won't be using it again. I will fight with Costco for a refund.

Hit the tab key a few times until the field highlights in red. You should be able to type in it then.
Why is TurboTax and Intuit just filled with bugs??????
Are you receiving the same specific error? Are you trying to activate it for Windows or for Mac?
