I am trying to input my information for my small business, but when I try to import the data through a connected account, I get an error message that says "We hit a snag connecting to your account." I've tried switching browsers, I tried going on my phone instead of my computer, I tried clearing cache/cookies. I tried deleting my credit karma connection, I deleted my quickbooks connection. Still getting the same error. Any ideas? I really don't want to have to input all the information myself, otherwise why am I paying for the pricey version?!😩
