This forum, in the main, is a user to user forum, so nobody here can call you.

Why don't you try posting a question with sufficient detail so somebody here can take a stab at helping you?  Be as complete in describing your situation and your problem as well as you can.   Many posters will pass over a question with insufficient information since sometimes these sort of posts turn into a game of "20 questions".
