Can someone help me with the deductions and credits section not working? I'm trying to enter my mortgage and property tax info but all I get is, "something unexpected"

I have my 1098 in front of me, is there a way to manually enter this info? I know if I were to go to a tax accountant they would enter it manually

It would be best to clear the cookies and cache on your browser.
