Can someone confirm if my FATCA filing requirement is not checked?

Hello, I see a line on my TurboTax 1099 review form referencing "FATCA filing requirement box is checked."

If I see the following on my 1099, can I confirm that this box is NOT checked.

The box does not look to be checked. If it were checked, there would be something between the two brackets. There is nothing between the brackets.
