Yes, TurboTax can generate 1099-NEC forms for you non-employees.

If you run a small business as an independent contractor, freelancer, single-member LLC, you'll need to use one of the following versions to generate 1099-NEC forms. 

• If filing online, TurboTax Self-Employed or TurboTax Live Self-Employed.
• If filing using the TurboTax CD\Download version, you may use Home & Business.
• Note, the higher the price, the more assistance you'll receive from the software.

To create Form 1099-NEC, select one of the options below:

• Instructions for TurboTax Self-Employed and TurboTax Self-Employed Live

Clarification:

Contractors, (what you call non-employees) are not issued a 1099-MISC. They are issued a 1099-NEC. This matters.
