Thanks. And is it okay if i e-file after filing the tax refund but not get any processing yet? I filed the tax refund in Feb and still cannot see any progress in irs.gov

If you already e-filed the return you cannot e-file it again.   You say that it is still processing.   If you are seeing that on the IRS site then the IRS already has your tax return.   You cannot file it again.   You just have to wait for them to process it.   There have been delays in processing for various reasons including the fact that the IRS is backlogged, and if your return has any sort of mistake it might be taking longer than normal.   All you can do is watch the IRS refund site for information.   If they want any additional information from you they will send you a letter.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
