Can I report a smaller income than what's stated in W2?

I moved out of PA at the end of Apr 2019. Due to the lengthy processing time, my employer didn't update their system until Aug 2019. As a result, my PA state income reported on W-2 includes May, Jun, and July. When reporting my PA state income to PA, can I use the actual number instead of the income reported on my PA W-2?

When entering your W-2, you must not change the amount reported on the W-2 (as your state revenue has a copy of your W-2).

However, when filing your state tax return, you can allocate a different amount as income sourced from PA.

As a nonresident, you pay PA income tax on compensation for services
you perform in Pennsylvania. Your PA employer should report and
withhold PA tax from the exact amount of your PA-taxable compensation.
If your employer does not report, or incorrectly reports, your PA-taxable
compensation, you must use PA Schedule NRH to apportion your
compensation and any allowable employee business expenses.

Thanks! Does Turbotax have the ability to use PA Schedule NRH?

Can anybody please answer this question? I'm cautious because I want to do the correct thing while my w2 is essentially incorrect (but employer doesn't want to update it).
