Can I prepare 1099-NEC for my contractors using Turbo Tax Self Employed?

I believe everyone is correct.  If you previously set up your QEF account, then you just login to it.  If you need a new account, you have to go to TurboTax and pay for the online return first, or be using the desktop program.   That happened with 2019 taxes.  It may have changed this year.
