Can I enter packet numbers from Ameriprise investments in the Deluxe version of TurboTax?

We received distributions from IRAs through our financial company, but did not sell or invest independently. Do we need the Premier version if we didn't sell investments independently?

Ameriprise is also my broker and I have repeatedly used delux version for years and can enter the packet number to import multiple accounts and various transactions without needing to upgrade to Premier version
