Yes. Each year is separate. Do you still need to file 2022 or just didn't pay the tax due? If you owe tax for a prior year the IRS will automatically take it out of any refunds you get.

I am no longer with my family I claimed 2 of the kids.she claims someone claimed the other 2, she tried to claim all 4 and was denied It's possible she never refiled?
