Box 14 on W2

NJ ES=New Jersey Unemployment Insurance/Workforce Development/Supplemental Workforce Funds

NJ WK=New Jersey State Disability Insurance

NJ PFL=New Jersey Family Leave Insurance

 

From the dropdown entry in TurboTax, you can select "Other deductible state or local tax" for all three.
