Blank Screen

My Turbo Tax was installed from a disc.  I checked  for updates and my software is up to date.  I'm using Turbo Tax Premium. I get a blank screen after trying to enter deductions.

I am on mac, downloaded the installation image and installed it on mac. and I am hitting this issue. When I want to "update" my w2, or "update" on estimated tax, and other buttons, I get blank screen. 

The faq is on windows. How should i do with mac version?

I have updated the software for TurboTax home and business but I still keep getting a blank screen on my computer when going through steps. I can access the forms section however. How do I fix this?
