blank screen when to amend

I have 2024 TurboTax Premier on Windows and have two tax return forms. When I am trying to amend one form by adding 1099-div and 1099-int, TT gives me the blank screen once I click on the section. But amending another form is fine. Any help would be highly appreciated.
