TurboTax Advantage downloads for tax year 2019 will start releasing on November 5 and the CDs will be shipped between November 14 and 22. Check your order status here.
If you ordered TurboTax on a CD, you can also get the downloadable version after it releases in early November. To access, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and select Downloads.
There was no answer, only my question.
What is the answer?
"My Account" shows only items like username, password, and phone—no "Billing" information.
In mine it looks like they are trying to merge TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Mint into one account maintenance thing. So maybe it's not finished?
I can get to it by using this direct link:
1) If you are logged into the "Online" tax software, and hit the "Intuit Account" in the lower left corner of the first screen, then you are correct....there is no shipping and Billing in that account setup ....probably because there is no shipping associated with an Online account.
2) If you want to see the "Billing and Shipping" associated with a desktop/download of the software (NOT the same as the Online software)...then log out of your Online account, and use the link shown by @Zirpto to log in again...that other link is for the download software that does have a Billing/Shipping (related to the Desktop/Download software).

I can't get to it the usual way either, and the account page looks different. But I do see Shipping and Billing at the page linked above ,and also a link there that says "Advantage", which I can't test since I'm not Advantage.
We don't know what you are doing or why.
Are you an Advantage member (annual subscription) and need to change your shipping and billing? If so, it may be too late to change your 2019 CD shipment, but you get a complimentary download in your Advantage account even if you ordered a CD.
Were you able to find Shipping and Billing at the link above? I see that on the same page it also has an Advantage link, but I don't know what it does, since I'm not Advantage. See what you find there.
Also, if you are Advantage, see if this FAQ helps you any:

That ALMOST worked, thank you.
I was able to enter my credit card information, and the form used my address that it already had.
HOWEVER, after I pushed "submit" (or whatever it was), there has now been a spinning box of four dots that so far has lasted ten and will obviously never complete.
I'll probably have to wait until I file my taxes next year.
It's ironic that Intuit does not want to obtain a means to take my money.
For the spinning circle problem, there is no reason to let it spin for more than 30-40 seconds or so.
First refresh everything in your browser. Log out of all TurboTax/Intuit accounts, delete Intuit-related cookies, and clear the Internet cache. Close the browser and reopen it. Then try again.
If the problem recurs, then see if a different browser will solve it.
Okay. I used a different browser which showed that my new credit information is in registered.
Thanks!
You're welcome. I'm glad it worked. Good luck.
Ok ... if you just updated your CC info for the Advantage account then you probably missed the 2019 cycle and this will take effect next November for the 2020 program ... double check what you just did ... see if you do have a download for the 2019 version in your account.
If you don't have 2019 in your account and haven't paid for it yet you might need to still buy it here
I just wanted to update my credit care information.

For what, exactly? To buy 2019.
