I talked two times to customer services, and they both was unable to fill a bug even if can see by themselves that the software is broken. Anyone has ever been able to submit a bug?
The bug is this:
With Intuit Turbotax Business for the state of Massachusetts 2017 we are uable to fill electronically due to manual entry on line 5 of Schedule NOL.
During the "guided" walk to the NOL form of massachusetts of 2017, it says "If you'd like to take an NOL deduction this year, enter that amount on line 5"
But line 5 default to maximum carryover, and to put a number I need to override, and if I override e-file blocked due to this.... and for this year and next efile in Massachusetts is mandatory! So I will probably be charged $100 penality because I will have to fill on paper.
Value of 0 or any other number is considered to be an override, so mainly the software block efile if someone doesn't want the maximum carryover. In Massachusetts we have a minimum tax to pay, so using the maximum carryover to cancel 100% the total income is not optimal.

Another Community thread describes how to submit a bug. Hopefully this applies to your Massachusetts State return:

If you are unable to reach a live person at TT, you can post the "token number" and a description of the defect to the thread linked above.
