How in this day in age does TT not give an amount or confirmation page before charging people for their services? An actual visual of what you are paying for before confirming payment? I definitely payed for a bunch of stuff I did not want nor did I click on any extra services much less sign off or agree to any services.
TT asked how I was going to pay, CC, put my information in then boom. Charged. No, here's your fees, services, amount, nothing. With so many other services not TT is so outdated and has zero UX designers.

Even if I was an do get a refund, why is there no overview of charges before the payment? That I'm itself is suspicious..
