I am filling out my 1098-T information and one of the questions asks whether I “took college-level classes as part of a degree program at an eligible school in 2024.” I was a full-time student pursuing my juris doctorate in 2024, thus was wondering if classes toward postgraduate degree are considered “college-level.”

Yes. If you are pursuing your law degree or PhD you are taking college level classes. You are not eligible for the American Opportunity Tax Credit because you clearly have exceeded four years of undergraduate college education, but you may be able to use the Lifetime Learning Credit.
