Am I eligible for stimulus package check from IRS?

I haven't had a job since October 2019 , I honestly been on a job hunt since and this Corona virus made everything worse i recently moved from my previous location but still have access to obtain mail from the 42 Clarence st. location. I want to know if I am eligible, I keep trying to put my info in IRS.gov but it keeps sending an email, saying error please help me.

I file my tax return for 2019 with status married filing separately(MFS) we are a family of 5 but we didn't receive the total amount as we were told those thes got to do by file married but filing separably?
