I am filing a final 1040-SR for a deceased taxpayer (my dad). When I go to submit the return for e-File, should I enter his driver's license info (he lived in a different state than me) since I have it, or should I enter my DL info as the person filing the return?

Yes, enter his driver's license, not yours.

did you already submit the required paperwork?

you probably will not be able to e-File and will have to use US Mail.
