Windows desktop version of TurboTax premier 2022 is not allowing me to add a second 1095-A. I push the link to add another but only a message shows. I have 2021 software and it works. Please fix this bug.

This is a known issue that will be address in an upcoming program update.
I am using the Deluxe online version. I cannot enter a 2nd 1095-A form. When I select the 'Add Another' button, I get the warning that all my 1095-A forms must be enter or the IRS will reject my tax return. I then select the 'Continue' button and it returns me to the Tax Breaks list instead of allowing me to enter the form. This is a bug that needs to be fixed. Turbotax does not allow you to enter form 8962 directly so I cannot file my return through Turbotax.
@tammylou1 This problem has been reported to the TurboTax Moderators for action.
Thank you for reporting the issue and commenting. It's still not working with the 1/19 update, and I understand that the problem was only discovered recently, and not many folks have more than one 1095-A to enter, presumably.
I was wondering whether it was advisable to enter the numbers from one form 1095-A onto the one that program does let me add. Probably not.
Can I add a 1095-A in forms mode in TurboTax instead of relying on the step-by-step mode which is currently not working?
@krsbozo Make sure that your software has been updated to the latest release. Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen and click on Check for Updates.
I updated my Premier desktop edition today and was able to enter more than one Form 1095-A using the TurboTax step-by-step interview.
@DoninGA , thank you for the reply.
I had updated the program this morning, and checking for updates shows that I have the latest update. Still, when in step-by-step mode, when I click Add Another, it tells me "Make sure to enter your 1095-A before you file.
I'm using the Desktop version of TurboTax Premiere on Windows. I wonder if the program is in some odd state because I added the initial 1095-A at least 3 weeks ago. I have no idea if that could cause this issue. Perhaps if I deleted my 1095-A and reentered it. It's a thought.
Thanks for you help.
Removing the 1095-A and reentering it from scratch may be the wise choice.
That sounds like a good idea. Delete the 1095-A and then re-enter.
First though, since you have updated. Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program and any other running programs. Then re-start your computer. In some instances the TurboTax program has not fully updated and it need to be refreshed with a re-start.
Also install any OS updates that may be waiting in the wings ... that can also cause program updates to fail.
@DoninGA Got it! I'll follow your suggestions, and we'll see how it goes! Thanks again.
And @Critter-3 , thank you. I will also check for OS updates, but I am pretty careful about those, so I'd be surprised that there were any. (I didn't really curse in that previous sentence, but it bleeped me. Sorry about that!)
@Critter-3 and @DoninGA , Thank you!
Restarting Windows didn't fix the problem. But removing the 1099-A and 8962 forms from my return did!
Sometimes it doesn't pay to be the eager beaver, always first up in the morning and doing my beaver work, building my beaver nest, entering my beaver taxes. If I would have just been more like the grasshopper, playing my fiddle and drinking wine, and then started with my 1095-A forms a little later, none of this would have happened!
Thanks again.
Applied the latest TurboTax update. Issue remained. Deleted my one 1095 form - and was unable to even add a single form. Shut down TurboTax and restarted it - and now I can add multiple 1095 forms. All good!
The updated software works. Thank you.
