Just recently did my taxes got to the very end and boom 760 pops up.. is telling me I can’t file yet and I have to be emailed but is there a time that I can figure out when I’m going to get it through email? I mean, what’s the point of filing a little bit early if I have to wait.

It is likely happening because one or more of your forms are not yet ready to file.  TurboTax will have an update with many 2023 forms released on January 24th.  Here is a link to the form availability. 

Please try to submit your return again after the 24th.

We implore people....Never file before the first week in February.  Too many people end up getting a late-Jan-early-Feb tax form they "forgot" about.

Software-wise, there's just too many software tax forms Both Federal and State are not ready until the end of January......but State forms are definitely commonly delayed.

VA forms?  It appears, that most will be ready after 18 January...unless the VA software team delays it further.
