I just successfully e-filed my GA 700/1065 forms. I tried earlier this morning and received the same error as before. I had also checked that my program was up to date this morning, which it was. I simply went back into the TT program after 1800 ET (6pm) , which was still open on my PC, and hit transmit. Bingo it worked.
My bet is the problem was on TT's back-end/gateway that handles the e-filing as nothing changed on my PC between for the past couple of days. I didn't even have to close and reopen TT.
I just checked here: https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?albRedirect=true&product... and the page now shows the forms are ready.
Good luck. Please report back if you can e-file to give others an idea whether this was a random event for me or if TT has resolved the problem without informing us.
Mine just went through too. Woo hoooo! I didn't do anything either... no update, had TT open from this morning. I had it open on the "transmit now" screen already. I hit the transmit button and it went through.
2PM update 2/25/26 I did not close the TurboTax file before lunch. Came back after a short nap and the transmit button screen was still up. Rather than close I tried again ( I just love rejection and error messages). This time it transmitted.
I don't know if it was lunch, the nap, all the posts about the problem, or they finally fixed the problem, but it worked. 🤣
Success, at last! My TT was still open on the Transmit screen for GA return. I clicked on the Transmit Returns Now button and it went through. So the fix was indeed done on the back end by TT.
For everyone here, I file GA partnership taxes directly with the GA Tax Center. As of this morning, 2/26/26 the GTC STILL is not allowing me to file thru their site. The form is not available, no way to even start. So most likely, its been a GA issue, not TT. If they've just fixed it, delays will probably exist as the backlog of TT users trying to file will cause some slowdowns.
Folks - GA accepted my return at 0115 this morning after successfully transmitting from TT after 1800 yesterday evening. I can't comment on whether GA's own system is open for e-filing but TT's is up & working.

It would have been nice if TurboTax posted that information that Georgia was not accepting business tax returns.
Having used TurboTax for all these years (from the 80's with floppy disks) there were times where you would have a problem with your data. The tax form would print ok but you would have problems transmitting the return electronicky. For many years I skipped e-filling because it was easer to print and mail the return rather than chase down the entry error. Usually it was an extra space or an item that was zero was left blank.
