2024 TurboTax Forms not printing entered numbers

The completed 2024 tax forms in TurboTax are not printing the entered numbers. I followed all of the recommended actions described in the community support questions and answers. None of them work. Shouldn't Intuit look into this as it appears to be a common occurrence with the 2024 TurboTax program?

Please clarify your question.

• Are you in the online version of TurboTax?
• If so did you pay all the TurboTax fees?

I received confirmation for payment of 2024 TurboTax Advantage Deluxe and successfully downloaded the program. I entered all my information and can read completed forms on my PC.  However, printing these completed forms results in forms with the fields blank. I read the community notes and see the problem of not printing the entered information is on-going. Please address this frequently reported problem with your 2024 product.

Here's a suggestion you probably have not tried yet

When your Print options window shows up, as you start the print form the PDF.

1) Select the box to "Print in Grey Scale"

See if that works.

IF that doesn't.

2) When the Print options window shows up

...2a) Uncheck the Greyscale box you did in #1...then

...2b) ...Hit the "Advanced" box, and  when that selection window shows up....look lower down and click on the "Print as Image".

Still a no-go?  I'm out of suggestions.  (some issue with a 3rd party PDF reader??)

Thank you. Second option of Print as Image from Advanced Print Setup produced the entire completed forms.

Cool...that's something I remembered from several years ago. 

Don't know why it's cropping now for a few people.   

Not needed for me using Windows 11 and Acrobat reader.
