installturbotax.com links not working cannot download link on Chrome, Mozilla or Edge. Purchased premier 2024 on Amazon

If purchased on Amazon, you can download and install TurboTax from your Software Library here.

It is not working its been over 3 hours and nothing. Your links do not work at all.

Still not working. Amazon gives you the 16 digit license code only not a download. You have to go to installturbotax.com which is a dead link.

If you have the 2024 license code go to this TurboTax website to download the software you purchased, select either Windows or Mac and the software will be downloaded to your computer.  So go to the directory on your computer where downloads are normally sent, such as the Download directory - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

Can you post a screenshot of what you get when you click on the install link?   Try turning off your antivirus.

+1 to all the above. None of the above suggestions to download TurboTax works! 

Repro:

1. Once purchased via Amazon, instructions via digital library informs you to download via www.InstallTurboTax.com.
2. This redirects you to https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/
3. I even went directly to this page: TurboTax® Desktop | Tax Software Download then clicked on "Download TurboTax software" which is the same link from #2.
4. Using various browsers, VPN on, VPN off, in-private, not-in private, NOTHING WORKS. This is not a problem on my end. 

Please fix this immediately. I purchased a product and can't even access it.

Your computer must be blocking it.  Try turning off your anti-virus to download it.    Reboot your computer.   Clear your cache and cookies.  OH, use a different bowser to download it.  I think that worked for some people.   I don't think it likes  Microsoft Edge.  Try downloading it on another computer.  Then you can  copy the  .exe install file to your computer.
